General Worker – Bread Packer

About the role

We are looking for a reliable General Worker to join our Bread Production team. The role focuses on packing bread products while maintaining high quality, hygiene, and safety standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily production targets on time and in full.
• Maintain product integrity and ensure high‑quality output.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and keep the work area clean.
• Follow all company rules, SOPs, and food‑safety procedures.
• Perform planned maintenance on assigned assets.
• Handle administration and record‑keeping tasks related to production.
• Support health, safety, and hygiene initiatives.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 2‑3 years of relevant production experience (preferably in food manufacturing).
• Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with supervisors and management.
• Team‑oriented, able to work under pressure and meet shift requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and adapt to changing production needs.
