Full‑time Telemarketer – Call Centre Representative

About the role

SERR Synergy is expanding its call centre operations in Somerset West and is looking for full‑time Telemarketers to promote its legal compliance solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to generate qualified appointments through professional cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to decision‑makers in target businesses.
• Clearly communicate the value of SERR Synergy’s legal services.
• Secure appointments for sales consultants.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate call logs and follow‑up records.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Team player who can also work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, friendly yet professional demeanor.
• Proficient in Afrikaans and/or English.
• Willingness to start as soon as possible.

Required skills

• Outstanding telephone etiquette.
• Cold‑calling experience or ability.
• Appointment generation capability.
