Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Aerobotics is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help bring cutting‑edge AI models to growers worldwide. You will work in a fast‑moving, iterative environment, collaborating closely with product, design, and agronomy teams to deliver features that solve real agricultural challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the web, mobile, and external API platforms to support rapid growth.
• Own end‑to‑end development of new customer‑facing features and product experiences.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to release well‑rounded products that add value for growers, packhouse managers, and exporters.
• Contribute to the long‑term technical strategy of Aerobotics’ products and systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of engineering experience in product‑driven technology companies.
• Highly proactive with a critical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to move quickly in loosely defined environments with competing priorities.
• Willingness to work on‑site three days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Experience with Python for backend development.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with cross‑platform mobile frameworks, preferably React Native.
• Bonus: iOS mobile app development experience.
