Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a global AI technology leader on a full‑time remote basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for model evaluations.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
