Full Stack Developer – React & Node.js

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a fast‑growing technology platform that builds smart‑parking and automated‑logistics solutions. The role involves creating and enhancing mobile and web applications that integrate with real‑world hardware and multi‑tenant SaaS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and rollout of mobile features using React Native and Gluestack components.
• Build new web functionality and improve existing features with React and an internal JavaScript framework backed by Node.js/Express.
• Collaborate with customer‑service, sales and data‑engineering teams to turn business requirements into engineering specifications and monitor operational metrics.
• Configure and optimise multi‑tenant tooling to ensure isolated, auditable site management.
• Maintain and scale wallet, card‑on‑file and rate‑card billing features while handling payment edge cases.
• Identify and reduce technical debt and explore emerging AI capabilities to accelerate development workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on mobile development.
• Proven ability to work across backend (Node.js/Express) and frontend/mobile (React, React Native) ecosystems.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude or Cursor on a daily basis.
• Quality‑focused, taking ownership of shipped code and thriving in a fast‑moving, multi‑site product environment.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
