About the role
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our front‑of‑house team at Wadworth pubs. You will work closely with the General Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure every guest enjoys a fantastic experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support the General Manager and Deputy Manager in daily operations.
- Oversee front‑of‑house activities, ensuring high standards of service.
- Collaborate with both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain punctuality, presentation, and a positive attitude throughout shifts.
Required profile
- Strong team player who enjoys working with diverse staff.
- Reliable, punctual, well‑presented and honest.
- Passionate about hospitality with a good sense of humour.
