About the role

The distinguished luxury lodge in Musina is seeking a Front of House Reservations Officer to join its hospitality team. This full‑time, live‑in position focuses on managing guest bookings and ensuring every interaction reflects the lodge’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries and confirm bookings promptly.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with guests prior to arrival.
• Support front‑of‑house operations to deliver a seamless guest experience from check‑in to departure.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are anticipated and met.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and own car.
• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, front office or hosting (advantageous).
• Strong guest‑relations and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
