Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with learning designers to create impactful, enquiry‑based lessons.
• Deliver engaging, child‑centered instruction that promotes learning through play.
• Observe, coach, and model best practices for Apprentice and Assistant Teachers.
• Provide a nurturing environment responsive to the dynamic needs of young children.
• Set ambitious, age‑appropriate goals and communicate progress to parents regularly.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and share results with families.
• Participate in weekly feedback meetings with Deans and learning designers.
• Engage in professional development activities, team reflections, and co‑curricular programming.
