Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant, room service, and, when needed, function spaces.
• Maintain a friendly, fast, and efficient service style at all times.
• Handle front‑of‑house duties, including guest interaction and order taking.
• Manage stock levels and ensure the service area is well‑stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Previous restaurant experience is essential.
• Hands‑on problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with guests and staff.
• Honest, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented.
• Presentable, well‑spoken, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
