Food & Beverage Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the F&B operations of one of its hotels. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring efficient front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement plans to meet departmental targets and hotel-wide objectives.
• Manage and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of growth, performance and accountability.
• Control departmental budgets, monitor costs, manage inventory and drive profitability.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, audit requirements and best‑practice procedures.
