About the role
We are seeking a Flutter Developer to join a fast‑growing financial services firm operating in the insurance sector. The role is based in Gauteng and focuses on building high‑quality mobile applications that support the company’s digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional features.
- Integrate mobile apps with back‑end services and APIs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimisation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in a technology‑driven environment, preferably within financial services or insurance.
