We are seeking a Flutter Developer to join a fast‑growing financial services firm operating in the insurance sector. The role is based in Gauteng and focuses on building high‑quality mobile applications that support the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional features.
• Integrate mobile apps with back‑end services and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimisation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working in a technology‑driven environment, preferably within financial services or insurance.
