About the role
The trainee will support fleet maintenance administration, diesel expense analysis, transport invoicing and operational reporting, focusing on cost control and data accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage fleet maintenance records and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Analyse diesel expenses and produce cost reports.
- Prepare transport invoices and job costing documentation.
- Generate operational reports and support data‑driven decision making.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics, transport, fleet administration or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP, fleet management, transport management or accounting software.
