Financial Consultant – OMF (Bela Bela)

About the role

We are looking for an OMF Financial Consultant to join our team in Bela Bela. In this role you will provide advice on a range of financial products, deliver excellent customer service and support business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle standard customer service inquiries and assist visitors, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and record follow‑up actions after each sales call.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify their needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Prospect and develop relationships with allocated potential customers through phone or face‑to‑face contact.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory codes.
• Support routine business development tasks, gather referrals and input data into spreadsheets.
• Participate in networking activities both inside and outside the company to expand influence.

Required profile

• Minimum education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to mandatory procedures.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a consultative selling approach.
