Financial Advisor / Sales Consultant (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Financial Advisors and Sales Consultants to join our business development team. The role focuses on selling a range of investment and risk products to both individual and high‑net‑worth clients, either from hybrid offices in Pretoria or Fourways or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, convert, and service clients to grow a personal investment portfolio.
• Sell existing investment and risk products, matching client needs to appropriate solutions.
• Meet and exceed strict monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage and expand an active book of clients, maintaining strong relationships to minimise redemptions.
• Navigate regulatory requirements such as Regulation 28, FSCA, FAIS, and TCF.
• Leverage the organisation’s digital platform and product specialist support to maximise productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience selling investment or risk products with an active, demonstrable book.
• NQF Level 5 financial qualification, FAIS compliant (RE5) and/or FSCA‑recognised tertiary qualification.
• CFP designation is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Ability to grow and retain high‑net‑worth client relationships.
• Drive to build and expand a personal investment portfolio.
