About the role

As a Finance Specialist you will leverage your financial expertise to help train next‑generation AI systems. Your domain knowledge will guide the creation of high‑quality, real‑world financial inputs that shape model learning, reasoning and performance. No prior AI experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine and maintain robust financial models to forecast business outcomes and support strategic decisions.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, including budgeting, variance analysis and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports using advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements across all financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial insights with organisational goals.
• Advise on best practices for financial planning, systems design and process improvements.
• Engage in multi‑turn conversations with AI agents, contributing to rubrics and developing system prompts for financial tool applications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in financial modeling, analysis and forecasting.
• Strong background in budgeting, cost optimisation and accounting principles.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in financial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and work across functions.
• Consulting or advisory experience in finance or related domains.
• Experience designing or enhancing financial tools, systems or applications.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with leading financial reporting tools.
