Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Finance Operations teams in Centurion. The role oversees claims, premium collections, revenue and debtors, and is responsible for reporting the company’s financial results, budgeting and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Finance Operations teams including Claims, Premium Collections, Revenue and Debtors.
• Prepare and report on overall company financial results, GWP, commissions and binder revenue.
• Own revenue budgeting, variance analysis and quarterly finance board packs.
• Maintain and improve finance policies, processes and automation projects.
• Manage internal and external audits, stakeholder relationships with insurers, brokers and auditors.
• Oversee debtor function and ensure timely monthly reporting.
• Support bid submissions, tender processes and resolve technical accounting issues, including new IFRS standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• At least 5 years’ experience in financial management or a similar role.
• Completed articles.

• Advanced MS Excel and MS Word.
