Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee all financial functions for our property development and real‑estate projects in Pretoria. The role combines accounting, budgeting, tax compliance and project finance support to ensure accurate reporting and sound financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and comprehensive financial reports.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, analyse variances and support budgeting processes.
• Oversee VAT, Income Tax and other statutory submissions.
• Coordinate annual external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Improve financial systems and processes, including project cost tracking.
• Support project finance activities and monitor project financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

Required profile

• CA (SA) with at least 4 years post‑articles experience, or a registered CIMA/SAIPA professional.
• Commissioner of Oaths.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and South African tax legislation.
• Proven experience in financial management, reporting and audit coordination.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from R50 000 to R60 000 per month, dependent on experience.
