About the role

The role involves coordinating and overseeing all investment‑related activities for a boutique South African investment and capital advisory firm. You will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams and brokers, ensuring smooth processes and high‑quality client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all investment‑related business activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes and client engagement.
• Develop a strong working knowledge of the company’s investment product range and apply it effectively in daily operations.
• Work closely with allocated brokers, preparing and delivering professional presentations together with the internal team.
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships to support business growth and product uptake.
• Participate in extensive training to gain an in‑depth understanding of the firm’s unique investment offering.
• Apply above‑average investment knowledge to support decision‑making and client solutions.
• Support a growing team structure, with administrative support added as the business expands to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Any relevant qualification is advantageous.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Own reliable transport and vehicle.
