Finance Manager – Fintech Operations

About the role

Weaver FinTech Group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial control, reporting, and treasury functions across its fintech brands. The role ensures accurate financial data, strong cash flow management, and compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end close processes, review general ledger postings, and approve balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate intercompany journals and manage working‑paper submissions for auditors.
• Maintain short‑, medium‑, and long‑term cash flow forecasts, monitor daily liquidity, and manage fund movements.
• Handle banking relationships, billing, accruals, and platform access controls.
• Manage payments, expense claims, and credit‑card processes, ensuring proper approvals.
• Submit regulatory reports, coordinate quarterly tax filings, and oversee statutory financial statements for multiple entities.
• Lead internal and external audit processes, document controls, and support governance for funding and dividends.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the finance team, setting KPIs and providing coaching.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting, treasury, and regulatory compliance within a fintech or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, statutory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Leadership experience managing a finance team across multiple legal entities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
