Finance Analyst: Budgeting & Scenario Planning

About the role

The Finance Analyst – Budgeting & Scenario Planning will support the Finance team by developing robust budgets, multi‑year financial plans and scenario analyses that enable data‑driven decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts for multiple business units.
• Build multi‑year financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of market, operational and pricing changes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather assumptions, validate data and communicate results.
• Provide regular variance analysis and reporting to senior finance leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting or financial planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
