Finance Administrator

About the role

Tower City Trading 319 Pty Ltd is looking for an efficient, well-rounded team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills to join its Finance Team. The administrator will be responsible for the entire finance function and HR administration, and will assist the finance department. Proven experience as a finance administrator is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments and reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Monitor and manage cash flow
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
• Conduct financial analysis and provide management insights
• Support risk management and internal control processes
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with audits and financial reviews
• Process financial transactions using accounting software
• Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar finance and/or HR administrative role
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferred: experience with HR systems and financial software, integrity with confidential information, problem-solving and ability to work independently
