Finance Administrator (Contract)

About the role

The Finance Administrator supports NxaTel’s daily financial and administrative operations. This hands‑on, process‑driven role ensures accurate billing, receivables, supplier payments, and asset administration while maintaining strong financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer billing cycles accurately and on schedule.
• Manage third‑party expenses, allocate and reconcile them against billed customers.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and generate weekly overdue client reports.
• Produce billing, collections, and credit‑note reports; update debtor and collection records.
• Process supplier invoices, support procurement administration, and maintain supplier records.
• Assist with stock and asset administration, ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in finance, billing, or accounts administration.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in handling financial data.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and follow established processes.
• Self‑motivated, process‑driven, with no supervisory responsibilities.
