About the role

Join iKhokha’s fast‑moving Field Sales team in Cape Town and help expand the company’s footprint across South Africa. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of new merchants, driving sales targets, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and canvass new customers in targeted areas and industries.
  • Conduct post‑sale calls, follow‑ups, and log all activities and demos.
  • Promote and upsell new products and services.
  • Research leads, plan visits, and execute acquisition plans.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly gross profit, device sales, and demo targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Sign up merchants and assist with required FICA documentation.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and monitor market competition.
  • Resolve customer complaints and recommend improvements.

Required profile

  • Completed Matric qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of field or outbound sales experience.
  • Experience in merchant services is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal transport.
