F&I Manager - Passenger Vehicle Dealership, Midrand

About the role

A passenger vehicle dealership in Midrand is looking for an experienced F&I Manager. The role supports the dealership network by delivering efficient service to customers and the dealership through vehicle finance and the sale of approved products, maximising gross profit while meeting the Financial Service Board's training, fit and proper, honesty and integrity requirements.

Required profile

• 3 years' experience in a similar role with a customer service focus within the automotive retail industry.
• Grade 12 / Matric and a relevant diploma.
• Credit Management Diploma is advantageous.
• Regulatory exam, NCA accreditation, and a retail or short-term insurance qualification with a minimum of 120 credits.

Required skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures.
• Customer service and sales management.
• Knowledge of the NCA, CRA, FAIS and FICA.
• FSP accreditation and s13 mandate to perform NCA functions.
• Continuous professional development points completed within the required timeframe.
• Understanding of retail industry compliance is an advantage.
