Fast Food Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Fast Food Manager to lead daily operations at our restaurant in Kempton Park. You will ensure brand standards, food safety, and exceptional customer service while driving sales and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full daily operations, including opening and closing procedures and audit readiness.
• Drive sales growth, control food, labour, and operating costs, and manage stock ordering and rotation.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, manage rosters, conduct performance reviews, and handle industrial relations matters.
• Maintain high product quality, service excellence, and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) – essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high‑volume QSR environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, food cost, stock control, and labour management.
• Understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
