About the role
We are looking for a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead the upkeep of a commercial site in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently and safely, while managing budgets and supervising teams.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all building maintenance activities.
- Manage facility operations and budgets.
- Supervise internal staff and external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field.
