Key responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting – build and manage a pipeline of potential home‑loan clients through networking, partnerships, referrals and direct marketing.
• Client Needs Analysis – conduct thorough financial assessments to understand affordability and pre‑qualify clients.
• Solution Matching & Product Guidance – recommend tailored home‑loan solutions and clearly explain application processes and credit criteria.
• Client Relationship Management – maintain proactive communication throughout the application and approval process, provide post‑approval follow‑up and generate referrals.
• Sales Administration – accurately complete applications, compile supporting documents and ensure files are ready for processing.

Required profile

• Matric or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Own car and a valid driver’s licence (compulsory).
• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, property, insurance or banking.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• External sales experience with a focus on lead generation, pipeline management and conversion.
• Strong marketing and administrative abilities.
