Executive Associate to CEO – Global Health Solutions

About the role

The Executive Associate to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Discovery Health Global Health Solutions is a senior, business‑critical position that acts as a strategic and operational extension of the CEO. You will amplify the CEO’s impact, ensure the smooth running of the office, and drive high‑visibility initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the disciplined running of the CEO office, maintaining focus, cadence and follow‑through on competing priorities.
• Design agendas and prepare board‑quality packs for governance forums (Exco, SteerCo, Board committees).
• Lead cross‑functional projects that require direct CEO oversight, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage and streamline processes in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment, building structure where needed.
• Facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth and willingness to take calculated risks.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and ability to create order and improve processes iteratively.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience supporting senior leadership and delivering complex projects.
