Executive Assistant & Social Media Strategist (Part‑time)

About the role

The client is a globally‑recognized author, executive coach and keynote speaker who needs a proactive professional to combine executive assistance with digital growth support. Working 25 hours per week on a flexible schedule aligned with EST business hours, you will help streamline administrative tasks while driving the client’s social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox and handle basic communications with clients and partners.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social posts.
• Edit videos, add captions and optimise them for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Upload and schedule content, maintain trackers and publishing calendars.
• Identify trends, suggest content ideas and apply knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, SEO and geo‑targeting.
• Create and edit basic slide decks and presentations.

Required profile

• Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant direction.
• Strong strategic mindset with a “marketing brain”.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently across time zones.

Required skills

• Video editing and captioning.
• Social media management on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Content repurposing for short‑form formats.
• SEO, hashtag research and algorithm awareness.
• Slide deck creation (e.g., PowerPoint or Google Slides).
