About the role

This part‑time position supports a globally recognized author, executive coach, and keynote speaker. The role blends executive assistance with strategic social‑media and content creation, helping to expand the client’s digital footprint while handling light administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Monitor inbox and handle basic communications with clients and partners.
• Repurpose long‑form content into short‑form videos and social‑media posts.
• Edit videos, add captions, and optimize assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Maintain content trackers, publishing schedules, and basic slide decks.
• Identify trends, suggest content ideas, and apply knowledge of algorithms, hashtags, SEO, and geo‑targeting to boost reach.

Required profile

• Fluent English with the ability to communicate exclusively in English during work hours.
• Highly proactive, able to anticipate needs and work independently.
• Strategic thinker with a strong marketing mindset.
• Comfortable with flexible EST business‑hour schedule.

• Video editing and captioning.
