Entrepreneurship Instructor – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced entrepreneurship educators to evaluate and improve AI systems that are trained on startup and business planning content. Your real‑world expertise will help shape how AI understands and communicates entrepreneurial concepts, directly impacting tools used by future founders.

Key responsibilities

• Review startup and entrepreneurship scenarios used in AI training datasets.
• Assess the realism of business models, assumptions, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice.
• Provide structured, practical written feedback to enhance AI output quality and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task‑based assignments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or business planning.
• Strong understanding of early‑stage business models and startup decision‑making.
• Ability to critically evaluate written business plans, pitch decks, and growth strategies.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Nice to have: MBA or entrepreneurship‑focused graduate degree, experience as a founder or startup advisor, familiarity with AI evaluation workflows.
