Enterprise Data Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of our enterprise data architecture strategy, focusing on modern data platforms, governance, cloud services and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain an enterprise data architecture aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Design scalable, secure, high‑performance data platforms using Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Data Fabric and Integration Hub principles.
• Develop and govern conceptual, logical and physical data models across the organization.
• Establish data governance, metadata management, data quality, privacy and lifecycle frameworks.
• Architect Lambda and Kappa solutions for batch and real‑time processing.
• Lead the creation of enterprise data warehouses and modern data engineering pipelines.
• Set standards for ETL/ELT processes, data integration and transformation.
• Provide architectural guidance for AI‑enabled data platforms, feature stores and machine‑learning pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, security and business teams to deliver enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and promote best‑practice architecture across the company.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of experience in data management, engineering or architecture, including at least 8 years as an Enterprise Data Architect.
• Proven expertise in data governance, metadata management, data quality, privacy and lifecycle management.
• Strong background in designing conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Extensive experience with enterprise data warehouses and modern analytical platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
