About the role

The West Wing Unit at Life Springs Parkland Hospital is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care. Reporting to the Unit Manager, the role involves performing nursing activities in line with SANC regulations and Life Healthcare policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nursing duties that meet quality patient‑care standards.
• Ensure compliance with SANC regulations, relevant legislation, and internal policies.
• Maintain health, safety and infection‑control standards for a safe patient environment.
• Utilise resources efficiently and maintain medical equipment.
• Accurately record patient information and clinical observations.
• Provide patient education and promote continued learning.
• Build effective relationships with patients, doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Qualified Enrolled Nurse with current SANC registration.
• Willingness to work shift patterns as required by the hospital.
• Understanding of the private healthcare sector is an advantage.
• Computer proficiency is beneficial.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, attention to detail, resilience and ethical behaviour.
