Engineering Specialist – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Engineering Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will work 10‑40 hours per week, applying your STEM expertise to solve complex engineering challenges and improve technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex engineering problems and deliver structured, technically accurate solutions.
• Evaluate technical documentation, system designs, and engineering workflows for accuracy and consistency.
• Interpret quantitative and technical data using advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Review engineering calculations, simulations, and models across real‑world scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to raise data quality and technical evaluation standards.
• Prepare clear written explanations of engineering concepts and technical reasoning.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in engineering principles, technical systems, or related STEM disciplines.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in technical analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with technical tools, programming languages, or engineering software.
