About the role
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) is the eighth‑largest Coca‑Cola authorised bottler worldwide and the largest on the African continent, serving over 800,000 customers across 14 countries with more than 14,000 employees. With a portfolio that accounts for over 40 % of all Coca‑Cola ready‑to‑drink beverages sold in Africa by volume, CCBA offers a dynamic environment where brand reputation and talent attraction are critical to business success. The Employer Brand Specialist will join the People & Culture team on a fixed‑term basis to bring CCBA’s employer brand to life, capture the attention of emerging talent, inspire them, and position the company as a preferred place to work.
