Email Marketing Specialist – Mid Level

About the role

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to design and execute impactful email campaigns. You’ll work closely with strategists and copywriters to drive client success through targeted email strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging email campaigns tailored to target audiences.
• Establish and manage email automations and workflow sequences.
• Integrate email marketing tools with other software applications via Zapier or direct integrations.
• Segment email lists to deliver personalized content based on user behavior.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future strategies.
• Optimize email content and settings for better deliverability, open rates, and click‑through rates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce cohesive communications.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on email marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Problem‑solver with a creative mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality.
• Available to work during 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
