Electrical Facilitator & Assessor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Facilitator and Assessor to join Oceanic Wolf Enterprises’ training division. The role involves delivering induction, training and trade‑test preparation for electrical apprentices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting client organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct induction sessions and deliver training programmes for electrical apprentices.
• Prepare and manage progress reports and documentation for learners.
• Gather client feedback and conduct visits to host companies to monitor apprenticeship performance.
• Enforce health and safety policies within the training centre.
• Administer assessments such as Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and work‑readiness evaluations.
• Implement trade tests in line with NAMB, QCTO and SETA regulations.

Required profile

• Qualified Artisan in Electrical with an N6 Engineering Trade Test Certificate.
• Minimum two years’ experience as a Facilitator/Assessor for electrical apprenticeships.
• At least two years of post‑qualification experience as a practising electrician.
• NAMB certification as Facilitator, Assessor or Moderator.
• Previous experience working in a training centre environment.
