Ecommerce & Growth Manager

About the role

The Ecommerce & Growth Manager will lead Activ O₂’s digital commerce and marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets, audience targeting, ROAS and performance reporting.
• Oversee Shopify store operations, including product merchandising, landing page creation, promotions, product launches and conversion rate optimisation.
• Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, creating copy, producing assets and coordinating external creators.
• Run Omnisend email marketing programmes: automated journeys, welcome series, abandoned cart, post‑purchase flows and promotional campaigns.
• Lead influencer, creator and user‑generated content programmes, from sourcing to brief creation, product seeding and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate brand photography and video production, handling shoot planning, model sourcing and asset management.
• Execute SEO initiatives, keyword research, AI‑enhanced search optimisation and website improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and identify opportunities to increase acquisition, retention and overall revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on experience growing a direct‑to‑consumer ecommerce brand.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and sizable advertising budgets.
• Strong background in Shopify store management and email marketing automation.
• Demonstrated ability to create and schedule social media content across major platforms.
• Experience working with influencers, photographers, developers and external suppliers.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity to improve productivity and decision‑making.
