About the role

Join The Little Gym’s WonderKids Club as an Early Education Teacher, guiding children ages 3‑5 through an active, play‑based learning experience. You’ll combine fun activities, arts and crafts, music, and story time to foster early development in a safe, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce children to educational play, immersive activities, arts, crafts, songs, and story time.
• Deliver classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching methods.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming membership experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for all participants.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, high‑energy individual who loves working with young children.
• Comfortable being playful, giving high‑fives, and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with both kids and their parents.
• Reliable and able to follow lesson plans while adapting as needed.
