E-commerce Sales Associate (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a results‑driven E‑commerce Sales Associate to work remotely. You will act as a strategic consultant, generating new business and guiding e‑commerce clients toward our high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospect outreach to contract closure.
• Conduct virtual product demos and tailored presentations for founders, CEOs and marketing directors.
• Identify e‑commerce challenges such as cart abandonment and conversion rates, and position TalentPop’s solutions as the answer.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and client interactions in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales, business development or high‑pressure customer‑service experience.
• Strong familiarity with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for video calls and outreach.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
