E-Commerce / Export Administrator

About the role

Maizey's is seeking a detail‑oriented E‑Commerce / Export Administrator to support order processing, courier coordination, stock administration and customer service for its export and online sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process export and e‑commerce sales orders, verify stock, generate invoices and shipping documents.
• Coordinate courier collections and deliveries, obtain quotations, track shipments and communicate updates.
• Manage branch and warehouse transfer orders, monitor delays and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct stock availability checks, support cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for orders, proof of delivery, export paperwork and courier records.
• Respond to customer and branch queries, providing order status and shipment information.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent; logistics, supply‑chain or business administration qualification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of administration experience in logistics, distribution, export or customer‑service environments.
• Proven experience processing sales and transfer orders and coordinating couriers.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities; able to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent attendance and disciplinary record.
