About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our team. The role focuses on selling products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform sales activities to generate revenue and meet assigned targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
- Ensure merchandising standards that attract and retain customers.
- Provide excellent, customer‑centric service throughout the sales process.
Required profile
- Grade 12 education with at least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong teamwork orientation and self‑motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and initiative.
- Emotional maturity, resilience and confidence.
Required skills
- Basic retail knowledge.
- Extensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Understanding of business policies and procedures.
