Dynamic Salesperson – Retail & Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our team. The role focuses on selling products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to generate revenue and meet assigned targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
• Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Ensure merchandising standards that attract and retain customers.
• Provide excellent, customer‑centric service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Grade 12 education with at least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong teamwork orientation and self‑motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and initiative.
• Emotional maturity, resilience and confidence.

Required skills

• Basic retail knowledge.
• Extensive product knowledge across all categories.
• Understanding of business policies and procedures.
