About the role
The Dispatch Operations Controller will manage costings, coordinate truck loading and ensure accurate order processing. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately calculate and manage costings related to dispatch operations.
- Coordinate and oversee the loading of trucks to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Review and analyse orders for accuracy and completeness before dispatch.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee factory operations and supervise workers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and customers.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Proven experience in dispatch operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
