Director - Product Management, Merchant Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management for its Merchant Solutions portfolio. The role will drive product strategy, adoption and scaling across the Eastern European, Middle East and Africa (EEMEA) region, working closely with commercialization, sales and market development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product go‑to‑market plans, leveraging local market knowledge and regulatory insight.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, enhancement and performance evaluation.
• Build business cases for new features, champion enhancements and monitor key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with merchants, technology partners and acquiring banks to expand solution adoption.
• Develop regional pricing models, value propositions and bundling opportunities with other Mastercard offerings.
• Support business development activities, including RFP responses and translating customer needs into product requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior product management experience, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Deep understanding of EEMEA market dynamics, regulations and merchant ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and business‑case development skills.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
