About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to own and scale its proven learning‑science model. This remote position drives academic strategy, ensures execution across multiple school formats, and serves as the public face of a movement that doubles learning velocity in just two hours per day.

Key responsibilities

• Design academic frameworks that translate learning‑science research into actionable curriculum, motivation, and application guidelines.
• Conduct execution reviews with Heads of Academics to keep school teams aligned, accountable, and results‑focused.
• Integrate data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observations into ecosystem assessments that identify high‑impact obstacles and recommend concrete interventions.
• Establish planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to maintain strategic alignment with student learning objectives.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at high‑profile events, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to champion systemic transformation.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of shaping and executing an ambitious academic vision with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading high‑performing academic teams and driving cross‑functional alignment.
• Strong public‑speaking ability and comfort presenting to global education stakeholders.
