About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join Grodirect’s direct sales team in Pretoria. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training and the potential to grow into a franchise owner within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Grodirect products and services directly to consumers through face‑to‑face engagement.
- Identify and attract new customers, matching products to their needs and budget.
- Explain product benefits beyond features to help customers make informed decisions.
- Attend daily morning meetings and participate in road‑trip sales activities.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12, N4/L4 or higher.
- Valid South African ID.
- Own a smartphone.
- Confident, presentable, target‑driven and resilient.
- Ability to work independently.
