Direct Marketing Campaign Manager – Investment Platform

About the role

A leading investment house in Johannesburg is looking for a Direct Marketing Campaign Manager to own the strategy, execution and optimisation of all digital marketing activities for its online platform. The role focuses on data‑driven audience targeting, content planning and cross‑sell campaigns to grow the client base.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, manage and optimise one‑off and always‑on marketing campaigns for the online platform.
• Design and execute the content strategy – format, channel and frequency – for the platform.
• Drive audience segmentation from the existing client base and run up‑sell and cross‑sell campaigns.
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and align with the online brand identity.
• Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests and continuously optimise email and social media initiatives for acquisition and conversion.
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to implement strategy and platform functionality.
• Prepare performance reports, provide actionable insights and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• BCom degree in Marketing or a related digital qualification.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience running data‑driven campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience in fintech or investment platform marketing.
