About the role

Join Ericsson's Planning & Analytics team as a Digital Solutions & AI Graduate. You will work on real projects that automate processes, build data‑driven applications, and explore AI use cases to improve business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
• Develop Python‑based scripts for automation, integration and data processing.
• Create dashboards, reports and business insights.
• Prototype and evaluate Generative AI use cases for business applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Contribute to application design, user‑experience improvements and solution testing.
• Support documentation, continuous‑improvement initiatives and solution adoption.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong interest in automation, digital solutions, data and AI technologies.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
